Chick-fil-A Somerset

I love CFA! I've this store visited 3 times. Once the order was correct and everyone was pleasant. Once my order was incorrect, but they fixed it. This last time the cashier was not pleasant and never said the magic words, "my pleasure". Then I walked to the counter to revive a refill. A young lady was standing at the counter, but her back was to me. I said "excuse me, may I have a refill." Someone appeared from the kitchen and got me a refill, but that young lady never acknowledged I was there. Not that I'm important, or she may have been on break, but 99/100 times all team members go out of their way to make me feel like a king. Not baking, but maybe a little more training. Won't stop me from returning, but thought someone should know

I just gotta say, our family loves chic-fil-a. Anytime we’re visiting a town that has one that’s always our go to for great fast friendly service and food. Love that it’s a Christian atomosphere no matter which one of these we visit. Our kids are always begging to eat here. But the best part of this review is that this location in Somerset Kentucky was just opened and is now the closest Chick-fil-a near me.

First time dining in a Chick Fil A. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The waffle fries hot and delicious. The chicken sandwich juicy and tender. The dining area was clean and attractive with fresh flowers on the tables. A very nice experience.
