Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Had to wait over 45 minutes for our order in the drive through. When we got home, the nine piece order was short two pieces of chicken. Went back the next day to complain and the manager and manager in training gave us our money back and gave us a free order of chicken. Was way over anything we expected to make up for our bad experience the night before. We experienced true customer service and appreciated their effort to make the customer happy. We love Popeyes and will be back to the Somerset store as they care about the customer.

We love the spicy and the classic chicken sandwich. They were out of mayonnaise, it made the sandwich a little bit dry. I got a tender dinner and the tenders seemed to be undercooked. Service is a little bit slow for so many employees to be inside. I understand they are new business and still learning but they need to pick it up a little bit.

I have been to this location 3 times now. Each time they have left the sides off the order, or not marked the chicken properly (spicy or mild).

When you try to call the number listed to talk to a manager, no one ever answers. If you like this chicken, you better get it now. They won't make here in Somerset if their customer service doesn't get better!
