I will not be going back to this particular location again. Service just so so and waiter not friendly. They have changed the menu since I was there and have taken my favorite thing (chicken fried chicken) off the menu. It was changed to "Sunday Fried Chicken" which is 2 battered, boneless chicken breasts, with gravy if desired. I thought this would be close to or exactly the same as my favorite. Not so! Not nearly as good, totally different texture. Also, the plate has gone from 3 sides to 2 sides at a price increase of around $2.00. I was very disappointed and not excited about going back to any of them at this point.
Always love Cracker Barrel. This one has started trying to cram more people in than can comfortably fit. The tables and chairs are a bit close together if you and the person behind you have any girth at all. They still make great chicken and dumplings though.
The taste of home is the best thing about this comfort food eatery. I had a perfect slice of meatloaf with some delicious Mac & Cheese. I also enjoyed my favorite: Collard Greens. Not to mention the warm, fresh biscuits. I absolutely loved everything about this place. The gift shop is another spot that draws me here. Oh, I will be back.
This place is comfort food heaven. I had meatloaf and collard greens. We also had macaroni and cheese along with some yummy biscuits. Cracker barrel is a long time favorite. We plan to come back in a few months.
They specialize and providing goods from a bygone, nostalgic era. I enjoyed browsing the goods and purchasing items that cannot be easily found elsewhere. The food was okay and the menu has changed and was not as good as it used to be. But overall it was refreshing and a good experience.
