    Food is decent but its anyone's guess if you will get someone rude or nice. I don't like my chicken in plastic bags cuz the heat causes moisture int he bag and it gets soggy by the time i get home. I asked em not to more then once, still i always get a plastic bag, which i just pull my food out of at the end of the parking lot.

    During visit, store was busy, staff was frustrated. Still very nice friendly service. They made up for the time we had to wait.

    Fast and courteous service. Had the buffet with freshly cooked chicken. Love original recipe.

    The KFC located at 31W Bypass and Broadway is always excellent. We usually get one of the $5.00 specials from which there are many to chose from, but this store also offers a buffet for lunch or dinner. It's a great value no matter what you order. The food is always prepared perfectly. We have never had any unpleasant surprises at this store. I would gladly recommend this KFC to any one who asked.
