“4.5 stars 4 stars 2nd visit: Tried a few samples of chicken salads offered with each being very different. Landed on a plain chicken salad sandwich with their housemade bread. Separately each was good but bread overpowered the chicken salad. 5 stars 1st visit: Popped into 30 Bird on the Square to see what offerings they had being a new establishment. Healthy and dietary options abound from soups and salads for lunch and dinner to Pre-made items in the refrigerators to packaged goods in the back with fresh baked goods for breakfast. I opted to try the gluten, vegan, and dairy free Bliss Bars as an intro to this super healthy world, and wow, did I gobble those things up! The staff and owner were all super nice, and on the strength of my first try, I will be back to try more! Remember, cash is king...”

“I will preface with "I don't seek out gluten free anything," but I do like to support local businesses. With that said, popped into this bakery that is located downtown just off the square. Close to closing time so not very many items in case to choose from. Owner was there with a warm smile and place was extremely clean. Mini cupcakes were good and icing was rich and creamy. “Stopped by while honeymooning in the area tonight after searching online for unique dessert spots in the area… let me just say WOW!! The prototype (strawberry topped cheesecake) was INCREDIBLE! My husband and I both loved it so much! Absolutely delicious and would go back for more! Also the staff was super friendly and explained every singe flavor to us! Super nice!”

“Well-known for its plain glazed (look for the "it's hot" red sign to get yours still warm), my wife prefers their "kreme"-filled over their custard or jam/lemon/chocolate filled. A great place to have the little ones watch the glazing process through the glass windows. A must-see for National Donut Day, the first Friday of June!”
