I get it ... in Kentucky they are VERY religious but store management *should* be catering to ALL customers not just the locals. NOT EVERYONE IS CHRISTIAN, NOT EVERYONE VISITING YOUR RESTAURANT IS A LOCAL. SOME MIGHT TAKE OFFENSE AT BEING BOMBARDED WITH RELIGIOUS MESSAGES IN THE GUISE OF MUSIC!”

And never really had much to do with the store until I noticed the changes. Thanks for that. The only improvement would be the open cooler I the center of the store. “If i could rate 0, I would! The employee that claimed to be manager in the auntie annes located in the food court wanted to argue, instead of replacing a burnt pretzel and a raw pretzel. It was just ridiculous. Smh they need new management. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. ****About a month later the ACTUAL manager came by our shop and offered about a dozen apology pretzels. We really appreciated the kind gesture.”

“This place is amazing. Quaint and relaxing decor, friendly service, and excellent food! Hours are Tuesday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and Saturday, 10 AM to 2 PM. We came at 10 AM on a Saturday, were immediately greeted and promptly served. I got a mocha latte and a breakfast croissant. The eggs were fluffy and well seasoned, and the croissant is out of this world. We'll be coming back as often as we can!”
