McDonald's

I was in there yesterday ( 11/12/19 ) around 11:30-12. The drive thru was completely full and around the whole store so I decided to go in and eat. They were so busy. It must of been a mgr who was not yelling but was speaking loud on guiding the employees on what all was needed. Everytime she asked for something from an employee she said please and thank you. They seriously had it go iij ng on. I was so impressed and what an awesome manager she was. Alot of managers will just yell and scream orders. She had a system in place and the food was coming out super fast. When I left out there wasnt a single car in the drive thru. Great job to the manager and her employees

They need to focus not only trying to make good drive thru times but focus on customers inside as well. Especially during their busy times. It seems like cars are always pulling off but inside still left waiting

By accident my wife's Double Quarter Pounder was a little under done. The Manager said we will remake them for you. Which they did extremely fast , and brought them out and apologized , even after I had explained that things happen and go wrong in the Food Industry. That is was not a big deal . Overall it was a great experience.

I had to change my review... I initially have a 5????s until I opened my sandwich. They forgot my egg ???? but the sweet little lady that took my order made up for that. She was so sweet and professional.
