Sleep Inn & Suites Medical Center

The location was perfect for a conference at LSUHSC Shreveport. The staff were helpful. My room was clean and comfortable. My issue is the hotel charged my credit card for the two rooms I booked BEFORE I arrived for my stay. Since I checked during the booking process that the rooms could be paid for separately after our arrival, that was an annoyance, especially since I was charged again for my room upon checking in. The staff tried to correct the situation, but my credit card was still charged for two nights, even though I had booked, and stayed, for only one night.

It is right across from the Shriners hospital, and it's pretty easy to get to from the highway. Both the pool and the hot tub are indoors, which is a huge plus for me. Everyone that worked there was so friendly. The rooms were modern and clean. We had a king suite, which also has a pull out couch and enclosed closet. The rooms were very reasonably priced for how nice they were. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in town.
