Athena Greek & Lebanese Grill

Best Greek food in town. We love it. Wish they served wine, but they allow you to bring your own. I highly recommend.

There are a few great Greek restaurants in the Arklatex and this place is one of them. The Gyro Pasta is a hell of a deal plus is great to share. The specials seem to always be good. Their fries with a pepper sauce truly top it off as the best part of visiting here. If you are close by go enjoy this place.

The service is really great, quick and friendly. The food was sub par. There was a ton of fragrance but not much in terms of flavor. Would have rated a 3 but the service was great!

The food was delicious aside from the pita bread. It was served to us cold and it tasted somewhat stale (I imagine it is store-bought). Service was very polite and prompt. This place would be a Shreveport must-do if they could possibly make their pita bread in-house or partner with a local bakery to deliver it daily. The pita bread is such a significant part of these dishes that delicious, hot, made-the-same-day bread would make a world of difference!

First visit to Athena and it was awesome. We ordered the plate for two which really gives you a wide range. Let's you basically sample everything. Delicious! Great service, that got out of your hair quickly and let you enjoy your meal! I enjoyed this trip, very much! So happy to have found them!
