    Takes a very long time to get order, if it's just a simple shake

    Very friendly employees! Great customer service. One of the best Sonics I have been to. The owner cares so much that the information is on the stall where you order, just incase you have a problem. But the staff will take care of you. 10 stars!

    The food and drinks, including shakes are great, however the service is very sub-par at the Kings Hwy location I visited. I waited 5 min for a response on the car hop screen & finally had 2 give up and use the drive thru window. And.. There is no happy hour on shakes, the TV ad is a fib
