1800 Prime Steakhouse

Altho food we ordered was good ....I had ordered a po boy chopped ribbed ....and unfortunately it had bones in it . That was disappointing .They did give me refund for my meal and apologized . I thought service was just par . My glass of water was empty and my waiter said he would fill it and never returned just happened to catch busboy and he without hesitation refilled my glass then told me the waiter said he was sorry for not refilling . I felt like that was his job to apologize ..not the busboy . Waiter was nice .but he seemed to get distracted easily and besides one other couple ..we were the only ones . Nice relaxing atmosphere . Could had been just a bad day for them ..May try again

Great food and some of the biggest shrimps I've ever had and great service

Great Food! Our orders were perfect. The steak was quality non bloody med rare. By that I mean a good steak that's aged has a bright red center but almost no blood and burnt char on the outside. I'm not the expert but I've eaten the good steaks all over the country and look for the one winner experience and this was that steak. It was a rib eye with out bone. So, great fried jumbo shrimp, red velvet cake, giant new York strip burger and super large quantities on the sides. I'm picky so if you don't like it there go back to Texas, this is Shreveport and good steaks are few and far between here.

My meal was everything! You can't go wrong with the fried shrimp or Blackened Chicken Alfredo Pasta (both was delicious). Everyone and everything about this place is 5-star. I was greeted by the hosted and seated immediately. Upon meeting my waiter Thomas he was very welcoming and knowledgeable! I'm very big on 100% customer service and this place exceeded my expectations. Thank you Thomas and Dawn for giving me an awesome dining experience. I will be back for another dining experience and I want to encourage your staff to continue to work together. You have a great team!
