    After ordering and paying, my pizza was never delivered. I called into the store on Derek dr the next day to find out what happened. After speaking with the manager, everything was quickly taken care of. She made sure to find out exactly what happened and also went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer. Thanks Fancy for your exceptional work and I will definitely spread the word about how Pizza Hut really showed appreciation for my business!!!

    I have ordered several times from this location and have not been disappointed once!!! Your sister location on Nelson Road could really use some pointers. I was extremely dissatisfied with my entire order from them from the bread sticks looking to be a couple days old as well as being hard, a burnt pizza and my entire order cold. My job is less than 5 mins from their location. If ppl want good, hot food order from the Derek Dr location!!!

    Wish they were a little bit more knowledgeable on pizza rewards. But i do understand other wise they were quick for my carryout
