“I finally got over there and tried the Gumbo and I had heard how good everything was and I definitely wasn't disappointed! The truth is, it was even better than I thought it would be! Their Gumbo was some of the best I have ever eaten in any restaurant! It was spiced perfectly and the roux was awesome! It was dark just the way a true Louisiana Gumbo should be and the chicken tasted like it had been marinated just right and the smoked sausage was fantastic! The only complaint I had was on myself, I should have gotten 2 pints instead of 1! Definitely 5 Stars!”

“Horrible customer service called the day before asking if they could do a party of 10 with all the Covid restrictions. We were told we couldn't make a reservation but would be fine to just walk in well next day comes and they are only seating in the bar area and biggest table is for 7 and it had just been taken. Also have to wait outside. I understand they ha e to follow the state mandates but none of that information was relayed to us so for a Christmas party with kids ages 10 and below waiting over am hour on a school night was an issue but that is sort of out of their hands. However the servers was rude forgetful and overall seemed annoyed we were even there. My family loves Chili's food and meal deals but I think we will be visiting the Sulphur location from now on”

“They didn't have tables available so we had to sit in a booth which would have been no problem but part of our party had to sit at a booth second from us. They did more over work the waitress. I say they should have hired more waitresses because the people could have sat at a booth across from us so we could have all visited. It wasn't the best steak that I had eaten but it wasn't the worst. The waitress was very nice and tried to be helpful but I don't think I'll be going back”

I was extremely dissatisfied with my entire order from them from the bread sticks looking to be a couple days old as well as being hard, a burnt pizza and my entire order cold.
