Lit Pizza

Interesting flavor in the new pimento cheese pizza.

So today was my first time trying Lit Pizza. I went to the Zachary, La location. I placed my order very easily and conveniently online. Once there to pick up my order, which by the way was lunch hour (12:00), and they all were beyond busy, they greeted me and made me feel as though I was a regular/often customer that comes there. I had a slight error in my order but it was absolutely no biggie at all!!!! They instantly offered to remake my pizza but I refused due to it once again being no biggie. That pizza was spectacular!! Thanks to the error, I now will start adding that ingredient to my future orders. They have most definitely gained another customer!!!

Every time I go they provide excellent service. Even when they are busy I always feel welcome. Attentive and knowledgeable of ingredients.

This was our first time at Lit Pizza, and we're very pleased. The staff was friendly and personable. I found it intriguing being able to watch our pizzas being made right in front of us, and they didn't take long to bake. Fresh parmesan is available once the pizza is out of the oven. Sweet/unsweer tea, lemonade, soft drinks, or water are available. A blood orange lemonade is available, but it tastes like kool-aid so I don't suggest it unless you like kool-aid. Everything is self-service once you receive your pizza. I have only one criticism: The decor is very industrial and the tables and chairs reflect that look look. The tables aren't so bad, but the chairs are God-awful, metal things only about 14 inches across. Most adult butts are significantly wider, even at a normal size. This restaurant is not one to linger at because of the chairs. The restaurant does have picnic style tables as well. We'll definitely return because the pizza and staff are awesome.

Amazing pizza with unbeatable prices! Employees are always upbeat and attentive to give every customer their very best. All of that and an atmosphere that all ages can go for a fast "Lit Pizza" is just the type of place Zachary needed!!
