    As a personal trainer I know the importance of eating healthy and maintain a clean diet. You either have to cook it yourself, eat out and make healthy choices, or find a great meal prep place. I personally enjoy green heart and their meals and their $5 Saturday’s are an absolute blessing! Keep up the great work!

    Love the store, walk in pick out what you want, call in or order online for larger orders, i haven't had a bad meal yet. I eat for numbers and GHMEALS provides clean fuel for me. Meals are always seasoned well, taste amazing, look good, fill you up, fuel your muscles, cant go wrong.

    Man oh man! Rates are cheap and food is absolutely amazing. First time there and def not the last time going. I will NOT be meal prepping for a while now ???

    Great taste, only 5$ on Saturday! Usually 7$ but if you buy 5 it 6$. Really can’t beat that price .. better than fast food... I take them for lunch. New favorite place for a quick meal. The food is seasoned well.
