    There seafood and chicken gumbo is really good and there crawfish etouffee is really good. There pepper jack boudin balls were good also

    My first time visiting Carlton's Seafood. Great services and guest coming and going. Crawfish was seasoned perfectly for me. The only concern I had was the 1 lb crawfish I ordered vs 2 lbs crawfish my friend had. There was no difference in either pound. Seem like we both had the same amount. I definitely will be back!

    Everything we tried was awesome. The people who work there are so nice and make you feel like you've known them forever!

    Boiled crawfish, corn and potatoes were seasoned PERFECTLY and so incredibly delicious!
