“This is their third Sunday being open, so we went to try it out. The food was excellent and Nicole was great. She handled all 8+ of her tables with great poise and consistently. I have figured out few people know of this place, this the reason for the post. Off Wax behind Central Buffet is one of the best restaurants in Baton Rouge. Let me introduce you to Girasole, an Italian restaurant with style, flavor, and a great Staff. It will definitely be top pick for date night. Fridays they have had live entertainment. Sundays are great, and I hear they are working on a brunch Buffett. Today they had the Irish brunch Buffett, and it was fabulous. Francis does a fantastic job in the kitchen, while Nicole and her crew take care and pamper you. We have been many times in the past weeks, and have never been disappointed. Take time this week to stop by and enjoy a meal, not only do you not have to cook, but they clean and do the dishes too. Serious, make a date and don't be late at Girasole.”
