    If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! My fiancé and I were celebrating our anniversary and upcoming wedding and are so glad we chose here! The staff and management we very kind and attentive. The restaurant was very clean and following all COVID guidelines. The drinks were perfect and the food was excellent! We had several friends recommend Stabs, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone else!

    Exceeded my expectations! Dinner for 2 6:30 pm Sunday night. Surprised to find an almost empty parking lot. Stab’s, located on Jefferson Hwy, attention to detail is second to none! Here are a few examples: (1) Hostess offered to switch out white cloth napkin to red because I was wearing dark colors. (2) Salads were served on cold plates. (3) After dinner coffee cups were warm.
    Our meal was excellent! The Spinach Bacon Vinaigrette salad was delicious with just the right amount of dressing. My 6 oz filet was tender, juicy and perfectly cooked (med rare). It was served over a medley of seasonal veggies. Dessert consisted of a silky, smooth New York Style cheesecake topped with a generous drizzle of chocolate & raspberry syrups. The presentation alone deserved 5 stars and it tasted amazing! Portion size more than enough for two ladies to share. Truly fine dining at its best!

    One of the biggest secrets in Louisiana. Coming from Maryland and new to the area, my wife and I have been on a search for the best overall Restaurant in Louisiana. Hitting at least 1 a week for the last year, our search is over. Stabs Central and its General manager David Rhine have won that title. I had the 24oz cowboy rib and my wife the Tuna. Both cooked to perfection. The appetizer was the charbroiled oysters, also perfect! I can go on and on but obviously I recommend this Restaurant.

    The service was wonderful! The food was delicious!! Great atmosphere and awesome music! We will definitely be back!!! We came for our 10 anniversary and enjoyed a complimentary glass of champagne and white chocolate bread pudding!! So delicious ? 2 thumbs up????
