“Pizza was okay... Times are tough for everyone I guess and maybe that's why they are skimping on toppings. In the past you couldn't see the pizza for the toppings but now it's like they are reduced by 50% and spaced so it looks like you are getting your monies worth. It just wasn't what I've come to expect from Pizza hut for the price. $$$”

“I write this review with a heavy heart.I live in the Central community and like to support local businesses.When this location opened the food was great,the service was exceptional and lots of smiling helpful employees.I used to support this Poboy Express so much ,the young lady who took my order knew what I wanted when she saw my name on the caller ID.Needless to say this has changed.First incident,I placed an order over the phone,explained to the employee I would prefer not to come inside ,considering I work in a high covid career field and would be pulling to the second drive thru lane to receive my order.The person on the phone said,"No problem.Just call when you are outside.I called when I arrived and was told my order would be right out. I wait for 10 minutes then I receive a phone call telling me,"I must come inside to pick it up".I explained to the employee,fully aware this isn't the person I spoke with initially.(I explained again my situation and told them I don't come in my own home right after leaving work without taking off the days clothing.I just didn't want to put anyone at risk) Needless to say ,I went inside to pick up my order. When I walk inside my order is on the counter with about 5 employees looking at me without greeting or saying anything.I had to ask,Is this my order?I was told it was.I asked,"Why is my order sitting on the counter with the bag opened?I was told,"It just came out of the grease".I had every intention on calling the manager but never got around to it. Today was the rudest encounter with the employee (They looked to be the same girls as the time before.3 blondes and a dark haired girl.) I walked in the door and greeted everyone by saying,Hello,How are you all doing? I received no response and stares.I repeated myself. Finally a young lady asked for my order.I gave her my order.This time I asked the ladies a question.Is it common practice for you guys not to speak when a customer greets you?The dark haired girl replied ,"I don't know why they froze up.The other blonde with the yellow shirt , that I first encountered,continued to stare with a blank look.The other young lady ,said ,"I thought you are with Waiter.By now the writing was on the wall, because there is NO WAY I could be confused with a Waiter driver. I will not be returning to this location and will discourage all family and friends that live in the area not to go to this location.”
