Krab Queenz Seafood

My husband and I had Krab Queenz tonight for the first time while visiting Baton Rouge and we definitely enjoyed it. Due to Covid19, we didn't dine in so we waited a few minutes in a car line to try them out and it was definitely worth the wait! When it was our turn, we ordered one of the dinners with snow crabs, shrimp, potatoes, corn, and an egg. It was enough for us to share but my husband said he could have totally eaten another one. We had the spicy garlic butter on top which set it off!! We will definitely be back!

Love this place, the food is great, and the prices are better. Very competitive!! one of a kind seafood restaurant with very good service. Definitely will come back again!????❤

I am a frequent visitor at this location. I have noticed over the last year that the customer service has gone down quite a bit. Some of the staff is very informative, others don’t have a clue, and then you have those who don’t seem to care. Great customer service is not an option it is a requirement. Offer jobs to someone who is a little older and knows how important customers are to a business because the younger generation is just there for the money.

The seating arrangement is the worst and needs immediate attention. There are too many times I have walked in and was taken ahead of other customers or vice versa. Invest in more pagers to eliminate confusion and to control the crowd.

Last but not least, when it comes to public restrooms - they should be cleaned more often. The basics will suffice, like making sure the trash is empty and stocked with soap and paper towels. When the workers go to the bathroom, what are they washing their hands with? Just makes you wonder.

Don’t continue to open up more restaurants, while forsaking the upkeep and customer service on ones that are located in certain areas. The support is there from the community so show some appreciation.

This place was awesome! My wife and I shared the $30 plate and ordered extra corn. We had the spicy garlic sauce and it was a perfect choice. The crabs were delicious and my wife really enjoyed the shrimp and corn! They were seemingly getting busier as we were there which is always a great sign. This is definitely some of the best boiled seafood I’ve had in a long time! Highly recommend others to try this place out! Good job Krab Queenz!
