    This place is awesome! It quiet, clean and you can see the love in the employees. I would recommend it to anyone. Oh my God the food is so good.

    Joined friends for dinner--they are regulars, but this was my first visit. It was nice to dine in a restaurant where we didn't have to shout across the table. The fried seafood was very good as was the artichoke/spinach dip. The burger was good, too. But, I would give my nod to the fried seafood. Friendly, efficient service. Will definitely return to Café Americain when I am in Baton Rouge.

    A cozy and relaxing bistro cafe with bar. Service was excellent, and the staff friendly and cordial. The cream of asparagus with lump crab meat is a superb must, and I can happily recommend there menu as first rate.

    The service as great. The amount of food was not expected. This was my first time going and having bottomless. One of the cheaper bottomless brunch spots ($5.50) in BR. Haven't been here during an busy time , so I wouldn't know about calling for reservations. I'd recommend early, like 11:00 ish. I ordered a shrimp and grits a la carte and it was huge! Didn't even eat it. The pancakes were flavored and fluffy. Definitely recommend going.
