Willie's Restaurant

Forgot this place was even here however decided to try it for lunch about a week ago I have to say I wasn’t overly impressed ... first and foremost the prices for the food was way too high for lunch a lot of Baton Rouge restaurants serve lunch portions of the same menu items that’s for dinner but at lower prices might wanna follow that ... second the homemade chips were disgusting so greasy and cold like as in not fresh felt like I was eating greasy cardboard no flavor at all. Two sandwiches one tea one water and onion rings over $60 .. if you’re gonna charge that much quality of food better be 5 star

The food is awesome and you get alot of food for the price. Our waitress, Caroline, was great. She was friendly and has a great personality. She was also very professional and made us feel welcome. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I've been twice so far and I gotta say I enjoyed myself both times. Currently they have a special on Thursday for boiled shrimp instead of $18 it's $12 which isn't bad. The shrimp are big and well spiced you won't be disappointed. The drinks are good however they don't have a happy hours special on them at the moment. If you're looking for a nice spot to eat with family, friends, or maybe a place to take a date I suggest trying Willie's.

Always wonderful food. They must have quality control before they leave the kitchen, because the food is always perfect. Great portions, great price, boozy drinks. We love Willie’s!

Nice contemporary setting with a different but enjoyable selections of food. You can get hamburgers that have a nice twist or a full entree of food to include delicious sausage and chicken gumbo, incredible macaroni and cheese. The onion rings are incredible and the cheese with lump crab meat with in-house made chips is amazing. You are surrounded with flat screen televisions with a verity of sports viewing. The service is fast and management meets and greets all patrons to ensure a happy and satisfied experience.
