    I must say I'm beyond impressed with the level of service I receive here everytime! Today there was an older gentleman working walking around asking of you had everything you needed, he totally went over and beyond his job duties making sure all the guest were happy! I love eating here ...

    Gnomes like chicky nuggies and cross cut fries. Gnomes no like dislike against minority groups.

    First of all, it's CFA! No comparison.

    But this review is for the Mall of Louisiana store. The employees work HARD to get it right, and they do so consistently. A mall food court is a tough place, and to keep CFA's high expectations and reputation is a big task.... But they deliver every time.

    I'm a "mall employee", so a lot of them know me by name. It's MY pleasure to visit them and patronize this location specifically. Thanks for doing what you do so well!

    Located in the food court, this place always has a long line but the wait time is relatively short. Probably the best Chick-fil-a in Baton Rouge (surprise!). Food is always fresh and one of their employees checks on customers and sometimes helps with delivering food.
