The food here was fantastic. A good selection of Louisianna food. I would definitely go back

Always enjoy myself here, it's a good atmosphere. Love the patio! They use to have live music on Friday nights, sure do miss that.
The staff is always friendly and the food is always good.

Food was great, service was pretty quick for a busy lunch rush. Food is always good, been eating here for years. Always dependable for a good meal.

Trying to support our restaurants w/ take out, but city cafe needed to give a shorter pick up time for fried stuff. Got the fried catfish and shrimp plate. Catfish yummy, but batter on shrimp falling off. French fries soggggggy, inedible. Hush puppy not even crispy.
Would go back for fish, but that’s it.
Oh, hubby liked his oysters.
Have to do better to hold on to customers especially in these days.

HOLY COW!!! They have the most AMAZING char broiled oysters!!! I’ve never eaten any oysters but raw ones until my friend bet me I’d love them char broiled. Now I don’t think I can eat them raw ever again??? I love the atmosphere, the decor, and the servers/bartenders. This is one of my most favorite places to come to.
BTW, kudos to the fellows who grill those mean oysters, y’all do a killer job!!!
