Church's Chicken

I got the chicken tenders and they wasn't cooked all the way . I like the specias you all offer but the pieces of chicken could be better

The food is excellent but if you are a stickler for customer service.. ???? but being that Church's Chicken resturants are very scarce in the NOLA area, ive frequented this place for the food.

I have always loved Church's Chicken. I lived in Uptown New Orleans for 25 years, and while in High School, Church's was a block away. I ate it twice a day, 5 days a week. Now, whenever I'm in New Orleans, there are 2 things that I must have, and Church's is one of them. If Church's Chicken ever came to my town, that would be my spot. I have visited this Kenner location several times in the last two or three years and always had a good experience, but on last Saturday, when I visited the drive through, the cashier was very rude and totally unprofessional. She absolutely refused to stick her had out of the window to take our money and was also disrespectful in her speech. My friend and driver of the vehicle was very upset by this and said he would never go back there again. As Preachers, we do not appreciate being disrespected in this manner.

I am an out of towner visiting New Orleans. I qas dog tired from sight seeing the city so I did not want to leave my hotel room. I decided to use my Uber Eats app to see what was around. I decided on Churchs Chicken. It's almost impossible to mess up some chicken.

My driver brought the food right to my door The chicken was freshly cooked It didn't smell or taste like old grease and I point this out because it was night time. You might get anything when you buy fast food at night. The chicken was reasonable. The only thing is there was no utensils to eat the food with and no condiments. Do we really have to tell yall we want utensils, napkins, salt pepper ketchup and hot sauce? Other than that it was gravy.
