    Placed an order through Uber eats. An option I normally get was unavailable. I called, spoke to Tammy, she assured me if I placed the order that she would make sure it was done how I wanted it. I received a perfect order. I am highly satisfied. Thank you Tammy!

    It was just ok. It's quality has gone down considerably in the past couple of years. For example, the chicken look nothing like the pictures and was not great quality. The waitress forgot my hot sauce but no big deal. The pancakes are as usual, very good. Coffee which is usually very good seem to be made from tap water which smelled a bit funny.

    This specific IHOP is located right next to exit 228 off I-10 West. The food is as good as any IHOP. Courteous staff make the visits more delightful.

    The Cook, Shelby my waitress and the fact that it wasn't freezing cold was bomb. What ordered was not o the menu, confused the cook and still came out 3 as better than I expected!

    Everything was good and the server was excellent even with the restaurant being full of customers
