Semolina Restaurant

My expectations were pretty low. If it was that good I would have dined here before, right? Semolina both met and exceeded my expectations. The service was average, beer selection mundane, ambiance was generic, playing Hip to be Square doesn't transport me to a little Italian village.
The food, now that's where the magic is. For starters we got the Spinach and Artichoke dip and it was creamy and delicious. We also got the Honey meatballs and while they were a little over cooked and dryer than I'd like, the flavor was on point.
My entree was the BBQ Chicken Pasta. While not exactly screaming authentic Italian cuisine I couldn't resist and it was delicious.
This was my first time at Semolina but it will not be my last.

11-18-19 lunchtime. Our waitress was Lauren. Super sweet and very helpful. I let her pick my meal for the most part. The tables and floors appeared to be clean. The food was good, and also had good presentation. After we were set it took a wile for someone to show up and take our drink order other then that everything was really good. I do recommend this location and highly recommend the waitress Lauren. I would return to this location. Overall good job ????

The food was excellent. It wasn't crowded. The wait staff was pleasant and were attentive to our cups staying full. I had the Sangria drink and it was worth every penny. We will be back again.
