“Southern Charm Bistreaux & Bar is a nice restaurant with a floating environment. Meaning the enviornment and decor is good for a romantic dinner, a business lunch, a weekend gathering with friends, etc. The restaurant was very clean, bathrooms included. The staff here is very attentive and knows the dishes extremely well for suggestions. The owner even visited several tables to check on the guest. Price wise, the appetizers were a tid too much. But all other entrees and salads were priced well. My friend ordered the mashed potatoes, bayou rolls, and bbq shrimp. She stated all were well less the sausage in the bayou rolls, citing it did not pair well with the other items, and the sauce for the shrimp was salty-which I agreed. Me and my nephew ordered the magnolia mushroom, beef and bib salad and the chicken sandwich. The sauce used for the magnolia mushroom was phenomal! Definitely a good pasta sauce, but the there were no shrimp in the dish as the menu cited. The beef and bib salad was great, except the entire salad was whole lettuce leaves. Spending several minutes slicing your lettuce before eating each bite is time consuming. The chicken sandwich was EXCELLENT. Seasoned perfectly and that aioli sauce was magnificient. Overall, I would visit again and try some other items. Southern Charm Bistreaux & Bar is a restaurant I would recommend others to try.”

“I love donuts, I love donuts so much I had a dog named donut. Since I was a child going for donuts and coffee has been a favorite family outing. As I've gotten older I've stopped eating them as often because of how decadent donuts can be. Today was my first time eating donuts from Joe's and these were perfect! Although they were decadent they were not over done. The balance of donut to filings was perfect and did not over saturate my palate. Even my husband who can usually only eat one donut had 3. We also got the French fries which were delicious and well seasoned as well as the biscuits and gravy. The biscuits were fluffy, flaky and everything you'd want from a biscuit. The sausage gravy was perfectly seasoned and had big chunks of sausage which we LOVED! All the staff we encountered were very friendly and patient especially with my extra wild toddler running amok. Loren at the counter is an absolute delight! Thank you all, we'll be back, especially for the breakfast served all day!”

“Excited and really wanted to love this place. However, it left more to be desired Bread was the hardest. and driest I ever had. Either it's left out or reheated. But if extra dry and crispy if your thing. This is your place. The presentation was decent. Other items were decently flavored. Speed of service is on the crafty end so allow yourself some time. Pricing is on the high end of the spectrum for the type of food. But its the cost of business in today's market. The atmosphere is nice.”

“This is some sort of concept sold inside of the Dickeys BBQ restaurant. My burger had onion rings instead of crisps but I like the concept of over the top burgers. This is the only place I know of where I can get a double Texas toast grilled cheeseburger. Go to the gym afterward 🤤.”

“While I’m NOLA for a volleyball tournament we googled places to east base me. This place came up in our search so we thought we would try it. We are all very happy we did! The food was amazing! I had such a hard time deciding what to order it all looked and sounded so good. I finally went with the bbq wings. My husband got the surf and turf Philly steak and my son got the double steak burger. We were all very pleased, large portions and it was cooked when we ordered so it was nice and fresh. The staff were super friendly and helpful! We would highly recommend this place, sorry I didn’t get a picture-we all dug in too quick for that.”
