Mr. Ed's Oyster Bar & Fish House, Metairie

We were seated quickly, our order was taken, and we didn’t wait long for food. When it arrived, we all enjoyed our choices.

Great Food... Patrick behind the bar is always aware of your needs, and folks in front of the bar are so friendly.
This was only my second time there but I was warmly greeted as if I have been there a hundred times.
Moderately priced for exceptional food! Enjoy the oysters Rockefeller!

Mr. Ed's restaurant is a nice place to have a casual but delicious dinner! I had a grilled shrimp salad. It was fresh n good. My hubby had seafood gumbo and fried eggplant sticks. Both were hot and delicious. Good place to go for small or large groups.

This place is awesome. Charbroiled oysters, Oysters Rockefeller and Eggplant sticks. The service is incredible and they are very quick with the refills. If you want a great seafood place that will not break your wallet, go in and eat away. Big screen televisions on the wall and very nicely decorated inside.

Came for lunch on a Sunday. I came right after opening and it wasn't too busy, but quickly filled up. Everything was clean and tastefully decorated. I had the scalloped crab with veggies. For dessert I had the peach cobbler. All of it was delicious and perfectly plated.

One stall in the women's restroom was so small, my knees touched the door. All was well otherwise.
