My Caramel Ribbon Frappuccino with extra caramel and crunch that I purchased on 11/16 around 2PM at the N. Causeway location was AWESOME! Full disclaimer: I go to several locations and I order the same item most of the time. The drink is usually hit or miss, I roll with the punches and don’t complain, but my Frappuccino was 100% on point today! Thanks barista for such a delightful treat!

Friendly, responsive, professional staff at all encounter-points. Relaxing outdoor seating, despite being on a busy street. Easy parking.

I was having a bad day, forgot my wallet at home twice with my cash. I don’t always have it on my card because I’m not used to carrying it. Thank you Saivr (I hope I’m addressing the correct girl) - instead of telling me to move out the drive through / made a big deal or made me feel like a burden or bother- as I told her I forgot my cash. she smiled and said “it’s okay I’ll wait. It’s fine. I know how it is sometimes.” As I hurried to call a friend to cover me. It took less than 3-4 minutes (thankfully they were still making the sandwiches) but it was a panic attack for me. And a lot of pressure tension and social anxiety.
I was able to get my pup cups and breakfast.
And thanks to her I didn’t feel bad for it!!
