“I go to this location a lot, and my experiences can either go bad or really good. The one person that I’m always excited to see and always makes my experience wonderful is Will. He is always super sweet to me and asks me about my day. I was having a really bad day the other day and I was super happy to see he was the one who took my order. At the window he smiled at me and just made me feel welcome. He is the reason I always come back to this specific location.”
