“The building was clean. I briefly stuck my head in the door to speak with an employee so let them know about a fender bender in the parking lot and saw a relatively well kept kitchen. Our order was correct even though we customized each meal and had seven meals ordered plus our desserts the speakers were working correctly both ways so we could hear B Sonic member who was taking our order and they could hear us clearly. We were brought all condiments and provided the mint on our receipts. They brought us all of our straws and everything without us having to ask. And our food was brought out in a timely fashion. Overall this was a good experience for my family.”

“I was skeptical due to some negative reviews but have got to tell EVERYONE. TRY IT FOR YOURSELF! Feels like a traditional Cajun restaurant with a modern twist. Service was good and friendly. My wife had the seafood platter and I the hamburger steak. Both were great. Portion size was great. No complaints. If you want good Cajun food in a nice Cajun restaurant, go to Boutin's in Carencro.”

“A beautiful taste of modern Italian cuisine in the lovely town of Carencro! Beautiful decor matched with splendid service. Great for date night! The only downside, if you can call them that, is the portion size and how rich the food is. The prices are a little steep only because of the extremely high quality of the food and the enormous portion sizes! Even on an empty stomach, I had plenty of food left over for dinner that night. Five stars. I will be back.”

“I had never been to a Dickey's before, but I will be back. I have dined at a lot of BBQ places but this is the best one hands down that I can remember in my life. The brisket was tender, had great flavor and the BBQ sauce is fantastic. I had mac and cheese and fried okra for my two sides and both were perfect. It's a little more than your standard fast food burger combo but it is absolutely worth it. Dickey's in Carencro is the best BBQ, no question.”

A quick trip into Lafayette for a home search and someone recommended this place as closest but that they had also heard everyone saying how good it was..... that rumor is absolutely correct. You could lay out a five course meal of multiple options and many desserts from just their daily routine menu. Definitely Mommas home cooked meal style and a perfect tribute to the culture of the South. Great service, great food and at a great price! I will definitely be pulling off of I-10 at I49 more often to visit this tiny place with big results! Thank you to all of this staff for a pleasant and amazing lunch.”
