“My family and I, visited Surge on yesterday (7-11-20) and we all were overly pleased with our experience there. The staff was extremely friendly, professional as well as polite and they made sure we were accommodated throughout our visit there. The bartender even came to my table to ensure that my drink was properly made to my taste. One MAIN focus point that I noticed, was that the staff continuously sanitized the entire Surge area, from the tables, floors, bar area, bowling shoes, bowling balls and every surface that someone came in contact with. That was a major plus for me. We definitely will be returning soon!!! The atmosphere at the bar area was awesome for the adults to entertain while the kids play in their area. I will give Surge 5 stars and I must say that the food and drinks was outstanding, especially the meat lovers pizza and my lemon drop martini was delicious!!! Great place to enjoy, have fun, and relax...love it!!”

“Other than Chick-fil-A I am used to lackluster service in fast food restaurants. This was not the case with my experience at the Pinhook BK in Lafayette. I took advantage of the T-Mobile Tuesday deal in the app and placed my order. When I got to the restaurant they handed me my order minus the free whopper and fries. When I explained that this was incorrect the ladies there quickly identified the issue and fixed it, all the while being extremely nice and friendly. The ladies at the Pinhook BK have given me faith that customer service is still alive and well in the fast food industry. They have earned a customer for life.”

“6/5 ⭐!! I'm stopping in town for just one night, staying in the hotel next door. Googled "restaurant" and found this next door so I had right over. As soon as I walked in the bartender gave me a menu and asked what I wanted, double tequila, whatever you got. I ended up finishing their bottle of 1800. The owner came and chatted, super nice dude and excited about being a resteraunter, it was a very friendly environment. I did a "build your own burger" and selected chicken, fried, tossed in buffalo sauce, add pickles, with a dude of mac and cheese. It came out swiftly, and the sandwich was amazing! Perfect heat, perfect juiciness, perfect batter, toasted bun, great pepper jack cheese.. man I are that thing in like 3 bites it was seriously one of the better sandwiches I've had in recent memory! Then the Mac! Absolutely perfect cheese to noodle ratio, great consistency with the noodles.. man I just can't say how great of an experience it was here.”

“A great buffet with the best homemade biscuits in the world. Authentic Cajun food. It was a little bit spicy for me, but for everyone else it was just right. Everything is homemade and so tasty. The bread pudding was so good. Then we went and walked it off. The Gift shop on the way out is always fun and I always find at least one thing that I have to have.”
