“If you are looking for great comfort food this is the place for you! A soul food lunch counter. I had the fried pork chop with rice and gravy and mashed potatoes with gravy and white beans. Everything was seasoned well and prepared with love. Plenty of gravy, I was able to cover my rice with it. No plain rice kernels we’re had. Loved it! I hate it when places give white rice with gravy and there’s not enough to go around. The customer service was great as well. They know their regulars and make sure everyone enjoyed their meals. I will definitely come back. Very nice people who know how to work together to get things done.”

“This is a quaint restaurant in the middle of Broussard. There is a nice sitting area under large oak tree. Food is always delicious. You can wait a little while, even if you call in an order as it is popular. I recommend checking it out. No alcohol is served but if you want to bring your bottle of wine and enjoy their yard, you can.”

“I wandered into this place starving after a crueling 4 1/2 hours of work. I've been wondering what to eat and I realized that the new location of jersey mike's was across the street. I walked over there curious of how this location would be like (I tried the one on the johnston already). I walked in and the atmosphere was glorious. One of the people at the counter welcomed me, he was a cool and chill guy. I place order, the usual a big kahuna no mushrooms, with a pepsi, chipotle mayo, and potato chips. I patiently waited for them to make my food then it happen. They came out with my sandwich, little did I know greatness was stepping towards me. When I unwrapped paper on the sandwich my eyes were blessed with an excellent view of the cheese pulling of the paper. I cried in that moment realizing I was looking upon a sandwich kissed by heavens. I went in for the first bite, and I that was entered my own realm where it was just me and the sandwich. This exceeded my expectations despite me already having this sandwich before. Then I dipped into the chipotle mayo, and I took a bite, it was like I just ascended to be one with the gods. Words can't describe how that sandwich effected me. Once I finished the sandwich I got up and returned work. And I was very satisfied.”

Spicy Edamame Kobe Beef Roll Pan Fried Gyoza Spicy Miso Ramen Katsu Chicken Ramen Spicy Miso Beef Ramen Mochi Green Tea Dessert! This week Irma Kusuma was asking about the best Ramen places in town. I was paying attention and noticed Katsu had many likes. Spur of the moment, we decided to meet up there tonight, and wow! Just wow! I loved all the ramen bowls we ordered. They all had a dynamic flavor and were surprisingly quite different from each other—what a treat! The service and food were excellent! Thanks so much to Valerie—you were a perfect server. “Zero complaints! We enjoyed everything. Our hibachi chef was awesome. He kept is entertained. Food was delicious. If you bring younger ones the rule is you must purchase them their own hibachi plate if they are seated at the hibachi grill. My 4 year old daughter had chicken hibachi, I had shrimp hibachi and my husband had steak hibachi. The starter soup is really flavorful and the sauces are amazing. I had a trio of sauces, my fav was the yum yum sauce. The ambience is on point and the decor down to the light fixtures and bathroom faucets are beautiful. This is definitely a spot I will be dining at again!.... Oh and there is also a singing chef lol”

“I visited the new Topgolf in Lafayette recently with my family, & we had the best time! We ordered a variety of food off the menu, & it was all SO DELICIOUS that I would return just to eat! I was very gladly surprised that they serve a gluten free crust pizza! Many menu items can be made gluten free & vegetarian! Hole in one, Topgolf! We'll be back! And, Christa is a great waitress. She made sure we had everything!”

“I give a 4 star overall because there was confusion about earning points with purchased food. There was an ad for it but no one but the manager knew anything about it. The food was delicious. We got an app, kids pizzas, wings, and burgers. The kids had a blast playing the games too! It was nice to sit back to enjoy a drink while they played. The atmosphere was great. Super clean and everyone was nice and helpful. Oh and Wednesday is the day to go for half off games!”
