    (For The Railway Cafe) Huge proportions. Super friendly staff. If eating there on a Friday night I would recommend calling ahead be they can get busy. Otherwise, it typically took me about 10/15 minutes to get my food during the week. Good people have great comfort food. Burgers are massive! And ice cream is great too!Great for kids or a young couple's date night.

    We've been dining here for some time and it has always been a pretty good stop for lunch.
    Its now called "Railway Cafe`" from "The Sandwich Shop".
    It seems to be a little cleaner and a little faster but still delicious food. What I like most is the older music they now play in the background, it favors older Cajun music. Which I think is good easy listening music for having lunch.
    I'm unclear if they are open on the weekends, their new listing says so but they weren't open on Saturday, February 10th or 11th (2024).
    Great place to experience a small town cafe` lunch.
