Edit: After visiting the location I was pleased with the staff interactions. They were polite and professional and handled business.
Didn't get a chance to eat the food. I was delighted when I pulled up the website to place an order and found out about "Moe Monday" where you get a burrito or bowl with chips, salsa, and a drink for $5.99. "YES", I thought as I put together my order. Once I was content with the contents of my burrito I clicked checkout. The screen changed from $5.99 plus tax for a total of $6.68 to $5.99 plus ghost charges to hit a grand total of $9.08 while showing only $0.90 sales tax (see attached pic). I realize this was some sort of error as there was no record of the additional charges anywhere and no fine print to be found regarding eligibility requirements for Moe Monday. I tried 3 more times all with the same outcome. From there I went to the "contact us" link at the bottom of the web page (see 2nd attached pic). "Participating locations" for contact us? What in the world is this? Realizing I wasn't getting anywhere going that route I attempted to call the number listed on the website which was identical to the google listing. There was no answer. So, I didn't get Moe's and experienced the disappointment you typically do when you're excited about something that falls hopelessly apart for reasons out of your control, and especially so considering it was regarding matters of the stomach.
Not to bad. Menu consists of a basic build your own burrito, taco, and bowl type menu. If I had to choose between this place and Izzo's then I would choose Izzo's.
The food is good. They offer ground beef, chicken, steak, or veggie options on tacos, burritos, nachos, quesadillas, and bowls. There are alot of topping options to choose from such as pico de gallo, lettuce, tomato, onion, jalapenos, sour cream, chipotle ranch, and a salsa bar. Best items to order are quesadillas or nachos. I do not like their ground beef. My children love the chocolate chip cookie that comes with the kids meal.
We found our new favorite fast food restaurant near home! We LOVE it! I ordered bowl with chicken and hubs ordered stack. Both are fantastic. You can choose your meat (chicken, pork, steak) or just vegetables. They have a great selection of salsaaaaa! I love the green one, their delicious! Definitely will come back!
