Great food and friendly staff. Super clean.

Amazing service, the food is delicious. The workers are focused and friendly, and they get what they need done. The environment is alive and vivid, instead of a slow, dreary restaurant. They work non-stop and do their best to treat customers with respect. I love it there. The communication between the staff is amazing and the flow in the kitchen is smooth. Also, the fact that you can watch them cool as you eat is relaxing and fun to watch. It lets you know that you’re being taken care of and you’re the priority, without having to wonder if your food is being neglected or is last on the list like most restaurants.

So me and a friend visited this Panda Express last night and the customer service was amazing! Khristian (with a K) and Ethan are customer service rockstars and the food is always good. Highly recommend

Before going to panda I looked at the reviews online. A lot of them were negative in nature regarding portion sizes and how the staff kept getting the orders wrong. I decided to just go against the terrible reviews and go. And from the time I pulled up to the speaker the staff listened to my questions and concerns, they were so focused on the customer and the quality of the food. I would speak and everyone stopped what they were doing to listen. The food was very fresh and was ultimately satisfied with the portion sizes and prices. Those other reviews about how they messed up the food and got it wrong was probably not the workers fault. It was probably the customers who don’t know how to order food correctly. I just cannot see how they would mess up your food. They repeat it back to you 2 times at the speaker and at the window. The food was fresh and very different from any other normal Chinese-American food. Overall I was very satisfied with the experience and quality of the food.

Panda Express is a welcome addition to Juban Crossing area. Staff friendly and we enjoyed the meal. I wish they had more selections and the Prices are higher than I wish but for the convenience of being near my home I will go again.
