Cane Rio Cafe

Great service, good food right in the heart of the historic Riverfront! A great variety of things to choose from and breakfast served all day!!

I went in because of the amazing reviews and pictures from here. Turns out they were old and it's not longer a proper restaurant (I heard the owners move it to another location) but more like an actual café with just some basket options. The flavor was ok but not great as previous reviews stated.

Very, very tasty! Ordered the Fajitas for 2 to be delivered. Still hot and really good. Driver must have turned the bag they delivered in sideways, because the food had all slid to one side of the takeout box...(not Cane Rio's fault of course.) I was a little disappointed in the rather smallish amount of steak in the huge portion of onions and peppers. It was very good though. The salsa is great and the best guacamole I've ever had!! Will definitely order again.

Great atmosphere! I normally don't like Cafe atmospheres however, this Cafe was relaxing. The service was good and so was the food. The location was in downtown Natchitoches and very nice.
