Lebanon's Cafe

We go to New Orleans at least once a month for my health appointments at Ochsner’s. I have been very hungry for this, when I saw this food pop up on waiter the night before we got it I just had to try it. My fibromyalgia Dr is Lebanese, so at my appointment we discussed what to get, as it had been a while since eating at a good restaurant. Once I found KC Flaker’s comment I knew this was the place! It said HOME, Louisiana culture! We are from closer to Texas (JENNINGS/IOTA). Although we come every month, I am just getting out to see the beautiful city, I feel like a tourist.
The atmosphere, trolley, and food were all so amazing! Y’all won’t be disappointed if y’all choose this place, I promise! I hope y’all enjoy! Just like everything in Louisiana, the portions are huge!

On the Saint Charles street car line! Variety abounds in their Middle Eastern style menue. Comfortable dining room and covered patio seating.

Lebanon's Cafe is the same as most Mediterranean diners. The decor in this one was a little more inviting than others. Plenty of seating and a wonderful waitress.

Delicious food with great portions.. Very nice staff. Our waitress was wonderful. We had the Chicken Shawarma and Combo Kabobs. Will definitely be going back soon.

I visited this Cafe but it is more a Lebanese restaurant than a cafeteria. They just sell plain coffee. However, it looks great, many people eating and the food looks delicious. If you like this kind of food, this is a place you can visit. There is a street car station just across the street or if you go in your car, you can park in the streets around the place.
