McDonald's

Fast service, and they actually understand mobile orders! Hot, fresh food.

When eating McDonald's, this Is one location that I choose to frequent.

The drive thru seems to be faster than indoors; so I choose drive thru more often than not.

The staff seems 'hit or miss'. Today they're nice and customer friendly and tomorrow, not so much.

I gave an extra star because their food tends to be consistently good temperature & taste...

The parking lot & lobby are clean for the most part.

This location is better than most other locations.

Very warm, courteous, and quick staff....I always get the Southwest chicken salad

I don't often have great service at this McDonald's, but I keep going because it's close to work and I like the Happy Meal toys. The fries were better this time, but my cheeseburger was stale and dry. I couldn't even eat it. This time, they actually took my card as payment, then asked me to wait. They closed the window and then a supervisor came back and asked if I had cash, which I did not, but offered a different card in case something happened with the first one. They closed the window again, processed the payment, then opened the window and apologized, saying they accidentally pressed the wrong button. One time I came, i waited in the drive through for 15 minutes without budging, so I parked and went in, where I waited another half hour for my meal, opened the bag, and realized they didn't even put a toy in the meal. I had thi wait five more minutes as the woman kept whizzing past me to help other customers and fill orders with me trying to get her attention. 3/5 times I come, the fries are cooked with old oil or cold. I usually go between 2 and 6pm. I need to find another McDonald's.
