If you are planning to dine here please make reservations prior because the wait times are ridiculously unbearable. We heard about Morrows via Instagram so we decided to dine there while we were on vacation. My friends and I visited this restaurant on 06/30/19. Although this establishment is extremely popular, it is not spacious enough to serve its eager patrons. When we arrived an unenthusiastic hostess said there was a 45 minute wait, which turned into 2 dreadful hours in humid temperatures. The inside was overcapacity so we had to stand outside. This place definitely could use an outdoor seating area for extended wait times. When our party was finally seated, I observed several common issues. Our server was inattentive, uninformative, and lacked prompt service skills. We received our drinks 20 minutes after being seated. I ordered orange juice and the others ordered the Mimosas specials. Granted they were pretty busy, but staff were preoccupied with their cell phones, standing around, and talking to each other in an unprofessional manner for long periods of time. I also observed employees interacting with what appeared to be regular customers at the bar conversing loudly and inappropriately. Staff were making drinks at the bar, touching ice and fruit without wearing gloves or using utensils. Not to mention, they were doing this while handling money and cell phones. I had to ask for utensils because the waiter didn’t notice a set was missing. The food took approximately 45-50 minutes to come out, but it was hot and delicious. I sampled four different dishes and they were all great. The food had nice presentations and tasted flavorful. Their prices were quite reasonable and I enjoyed their playlist. The employees definitely could use some retraining to enhance their overall social and service skills. I forgot if the bill included gratuity. I have a strong distaste for undeserving staff being tipped well for providing poor service..

Had carry out appetizers and an entree recently. Service was quick & accurate. The BBQ shrimp was delicious, we got 12-13 large shrimp in a finger lickin' sauce. The pasta in cream sauce topped with catfish had a bit too much sauce for my taste, but the catfish was light, flaky, not greasy. Would've enjoyed the crawfish bread, but it was so SALTY, that was all I could taste, and generally I'm quite fond of salt.

The sesame ginger wings were amazing! I will be back for those! The only reason I gave them 3 stars was because we waited over an hour to be seated and service was pretty slow. For an entree I ordered Pasta Lenora and it wasn't great. It tasted like they popped open a jar of Alfredo sauce and sprinkled cayenne pepper in it. I feel the pasta could have been better, but those wings were everything!

Delicious food, great vibe, amazing service! Arrive early because they get crowded quickly. If your in NOLA defiantly stop by because they did not disappoint. Food is fresh and flavorful.

I loved it! Great food and drinks. The vibe is so pleasantly ethnic that I didn't really want to leave. Everybody was so chill! You have to try the baked mac. It's legit!!
