Best takeout I’ve ever had. Awesome!

Joyous atmosphere... deft and good humored service and..... scrumptious food. Patois is the best of a certain slice of New Orleans and reflects its neighborhood.

This is a quaint, little French restaurant with a lot of character. The food is very good and the plating is superb. We may have come on an off night but the service was not great, which is why I give 4 stars. Also, my cocktail was not very well mixed and it had too much ice.

Our meal was lovely. The restaurant is charming and blessedly outside the French Quarter. Service was friendly, timely and impeccable. The bill was lower than I thought it might be, but the meal more lived up to the price. The deviled eggs were a particular delight. This was my favorite restaurant from my week in NOLA.

Great corner shop with intimate seating, the menu is simple and everything is executed well. I had the breakfast burrito and was satisfied but found myself envious of the fried rabbit and biscuits. The service is prompt and attentive. The overall cost is reasonable but on the high medium range. Would definitely eat here again.
