On behalf of everyone at Acme Lock Co this place is amazing. Some of the best breakfast in New Orleans, hands down. Very polite and awesome staff. You won’t regret trying Refuel Cafe, I’m sure you’ll will love it too!
A favorite spot for breakfast since they opened. The decor is cheerful and chic and features local artists' work. Service is fast and they always greet you with a smile. Fantastic coffee. Creamiest grits I've ever had. If you don't like grits, try them. If you like grits, try them. They are rich and smooth and comforting and everything that's right with the world. I ordered the Baja omelet and it was wonderful, as always. The flavors in black beans complement the ranchero sauce nicely. My friend ordered the kitchen sink grits and now I have a new favorite dish. Dad ordered the mushroom omelet with a side of biscuit and gravy. It was nice. The table shared the lemon blueberry muffins we enjoyed them immensely. They were out of their morning glory muffins, which made me sad because they are amazeballs. If they have them, grab one.
Everytime I have come they have fresh ingredients and delicious flavor in every bite! They also make sure to add an adequate amount of protein choice in all the meals I have tried.
My favorite is the California burrito with bacon added! I love that they press the burritos in a panini press!
Delicious breakfast and lunch sandwiches. Really nice and welcoming folks. Make you feel like a visiting friend.
Had the huevos rancheros and the club sandwich. Both excellent. The side potatoes are perfect; slightly crispy outside and cooked and seasoned just right. Grits are excellent too. Just the way they are supposed to be made.
The restaurant Is small and quaint. Somewhat eclectic but not hipster. My first time here and will definitely put it on my regular list. ( Sorry, I took the photo of the club sandwich after I started eating it, you get plenty of potatoes!)
