Tsunami Sushi

It was such a good experience! My soup and sushi was very tasty. The dessert was even better. Also, the location was so convenient that I enjoyed watching the Mari Gras while eating my dinner.

Out of stater & loved it! Food was on point, service workers are so cool and kind. Everything I ordered came out delicious and before the meal they provided warm hand towels for sanitizing your hands. Everything about this place was great. Decor is beautiful and has an open design & is very clean. Even the kitchen is out in the open so you can watch them work! pretty cool! I love sushi so this is a must stop for me when back in NOLA again.

Where to even begin, I was greeted by smiling faces and sat very quickly. While we was looking over the menu our server Logan came and greeted us and saw we was looking at the hand towels in a very dumbfounded way and explained what they were. My group doesn’t really eat sushi so they told him what they liked and he was able to help point them in the right direction with his recommendations on rolls. Service was good. I highly recommend the Big easy roll. Food came out looking like the pictures. Wish I lived in town because I’d be here more often. Only wish we’d have sat at the sushi bar to watch the chefs prepare our meals. Best dining experience in New Orleans.

Tsunami had some good reviews and it did not disappoint I’ve had sushi all over the country and the flavor of the sushi here was some of the best if not the best I’ve had. We really enjoyed the sushi roll called the munchie it is salmon and avocado encrusted with nacho Doritos and it was truly a flavorful explosion of flavors in my mouth! If you like a little kick try the hung lo sushi roll it’s so well made lots interesting ingredients. Definitely recommend coming here. 12/12/19

Just ordered a few items of deliciousness. Absolutely amazing! The alligator roll kicked my butt! Calamari was on point, sauce was perfect! The fried oysters were crisp and tender! I will definitely be ordering from here again and hope to stop in and enjoy the atmosphere! Perfection!
