I was super excited about having my son's birthday party here. However, the staff was no way prepared to accommodate us. All the party host did was give us wristband. No explanation what they were for, no details at all. We were not given a warning of the remaining time. We had to cake the cake ourselves. The manager was rude about us exiting the party room. Claiming he had already waived activities, but not to mention all activities we paid for were not usable due to lack of staff. On the other hand the facility was very clean and inviting.

Love bringing the kids here!! Helps them blow off all their energy!! I however, am a little adventurous, so I enjoy the rope course, rock climbing, doing the ninjas course with friends!! Etc. There is a lot to do here! Arcade games, bowling, simulations like golf, soccer, etc. They also have laser tag with an awesome course to run around in! There's so much more I could write about!! If your thinking of going, I would. Just make sure you have enough money to do it.

My family and I came from Phienix Arizona to visit family here in Louisiana and came here for some fun. Was not disappointed as everyone here had a blast. Did everything this place has to offer. I splurged and spent a few hundred here but it was worth the smile my 11 year old daughter had when we turned our tickets in and got her a big teddy bear. Special thanks to a girl named Zoe who worked there and was the absolute sweetest girl I've ever met. Will come back here again next visit for sure!!

We had so much fun on tonight. The staff was easy going and willing to help out on games without question. The food was soooo Louisiana just how we like it. The pricing of games & food was fair. If planning to visit prepare to stay 5 - 6 hours to enjoy everything...so much to choose from.
