“What I love about this McDonald's is the managers and workers. Their customer service is always good. Very polite. The food is fresh most of the time. Occasionally I have received cold, hard food. For the past few months the wait times has been longer. I have sat in lines for more than 30 minutes and one lane always seems to go smoother than the other. But overall they will always strive to deliver good service.”

“Their customer service has increased quite a bit. Their delivery service is fabulous! I'm not sure how they do it but their food is always HOT upon delivery. They've surpassed all pizza delivery when it comes to freshness, taste, and hot food delivering. They even have non-contact delivery to protect their customers and themselves during this horrible pandemic. I'm extremely satisfied with China Wok's delicious Asian cuisine and customer service.
