    Found this gem by good fortune on the way back from Destin to Houston. It had excellent reviews and looked like something a bit different from the norm. We tend to avoid chains as much as possible and go to places with a unique experience. We weren’t disappointed and the extra 10 mins from the highway was well rewarded. This breakfast was their Huevos Rancheros Benedict. It was nicely balanced, well portioned and perfectly cooked. The beans, corn, salsa and chorizo topped with benedict was a stupendous combination. The hash browns were nicely crispy and the egg cooked perfect. Can’t wait to visit again! Their coffee is also blockbuster and offers plenty of choice depending on your preference.
