EZ Events Catering

Ellie of EZ Events Catering was wonderful to work with. The wedding was planned in a very short time period but came together splendidly with Ellie’s help. She was so easy to work with and kept in touch every step of the way. The food was absolutely delicious and Ellie and her staff were outstanding in every way. I could not have been more pleased and heartily recommend her to anyone in need of a great caterer.

Ellie is amazing. I had another vendor ghost me on the week of our wedding. Ellie was so sweet and very upbeat reassuring me it was not a problem to cater our wedding. We ordered the chicken piccata, pork tenderloin, Mac and cheese, chicken pasta, steamed broccoli, spinach and artichoke dip and roasted potatoes. Everyone has told me how delicious the food was. Honestly, I am usually hard to please when it comes to someone else’s food. I’m not usually happy about my dishes when we dine out. I will say that the food from EZ Events was fantastic!!! All of it! The spinach artichoke dip was mouth watering delicious. I regret not ordering a larger pan :). The mac and cheese was creamy and cheesy. So delicious. The chicken pasta - a must have. All of the food was totally amazing and Ellie stepped in just like I had known her and planned this months ago. It was such a relief to me to not have to worry about food for our guests. I would highly recommend EZ Events for any of your event needs. I personally will recommend her to everyone that needs catering whether a wedding or party. The food is superb and the prices are totally affordable. Thanks Ellie!!

Ellie was amazing. She is high energy and enthusiastic. She took my vision and turned it into a magical wedding. Every single detail exceeded my expectations. She was organized and efficient. I could not have had the wedding I had without her. The guests could not stop talking about how incredible the food was. We had a travel themed wedding so Ellie made food from every country we have traveled to. I wish I could do it all over again. Absolute perfection. Thank you, Ellie, for helping make our dreams come true. Can't wait to work with you again.

I loved working with Ellie! I decided last minute that I wanted to surprise my fiancé on his bachelor party (also was his birthday) with brunch for him and 16 guys. Ellie was quick to respond and so much fun to work with. Within a few hours we had everything booked. On the day of (according to the guys), she was fun to be around and her food was amazing!!! She made individual omelettes for everyone with the best cheesy grits, biscuits and sausage/bacon. They especially loved her signature Bloody Marys! If you are looking for a great, fun chef then Ellie is the one!

Food that makes you happy! The pineapple coleslaw and smoked Mac & Cheese was so unique, and don't even get me started on the variety of meats to choose from. If you want authentic Louisiana style cuisine, then look no further. An event catered by these guys is amazing. Delicious food for the soul. Friendly and fun staff that makes any event sparkle. Wonderful!
