    Almost perfect, but there’s no way to close the curtains against the super bright light in the parking lot!

    Alicia was so kind and so helpful! After driving from Virginia for 16 straight hours her care & hospitality moved me to tears. My trip was rough and no other hotel in the area would help me, including the other comfort inn here in Covington. But Alicia went above and beyond for me and was even concerned if my daughter and I had eaten a good meal or not. She was really and truly exceptional! I cannot say enough about how welcoming and kind she was!!! If I could give her more stars I would!!! She is an absolute treasure!!! Also, the room was amazing! Incredibly comfy. The soft bed and plush pillows were just what we needed! 10 out of 10! WOULD RECOMMEND AGAIN & AGAIN!!!

    Great service. Quick and easy check in. Clean rooms. Great area. Currently only serving grab and go pastries for breakfast.

    Room was very clean! I stayed at comfort in and suites in slidell, la. Staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was great!
