“The service was the best we’ve experienced in so long(thanks Liv!). My husband and I don’t go out much and Olivia, our waitress, was amazing and made it special for his birthday. “Our waitress was super nice and on top of everything However the other workers in the restraunt were unacceptable with their arguments and cursing at each other the whole time we were trying to eat. Our waitress constantly had to apologize for their behavior a d said that unfortunately they always seem to have issues when the couple works together. Please do something about their behavior it is unacceptable in any place of business but especially in a family establishment”

“We have ordered dinner through delivery apps a few times now. The food arrives flawlessly packed. Our dinner is always perfectly cooked and delicious. We requested changes to the dishes that we not readily available as options on the menu, but they made sure our wishes were fulfilled. EXCELLENT EMPLOYEES, EXCELLENT SERVICE, EXCELLENT FOOD... ALL AROUND OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE!!! I will leave a 5 star review on Door Dash (as i have on Waitr) as soon as I am asked to rate them! Thank you for a great family dinner!”

“Taylor was my server and she was great, very friendly and paid good attention to any needs I had and was very timely in taking my order and bringing my things out, however, my chicken wings were still half raw. Taylor offered to have them recooked but I was kind of put off by the chicken wings at that point. Did order some queso which was good, but it's hard to mess that up so all in all, the kitchen needs to monitor their cook times better.”

“It's a typical sonic. Not great but not bad either. I love their shakes, blasts, & other ice cream desserts. I had the new chicken slider and was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. It's probably my new favorite sonic food. This sonic always has good service from it's car hops. They're usually pretty fast getting your food out to you, but not always. They could be a little faster during the lunch rush, but the car hops are always polite, well mannered, and helpful, but in typical sonic fashion, don't expect anything with your meal besides 2 napkins and a peppermint unless you specifically ask for it. You won't get ketchup or salt & pepper or a 3rd napkin or even a plastic spoon for your shake that's too thick for a straw. I once didn't get cheese with my pretzel because I didn't specify I wanted cheese, but since this happens at every sonic I've ever been to, I'd say it was corporate rules responsible for this. Here's my ratings food= 2 stars, desserts = 4 stars, service staff = 4 stars, service amenities =2 stars, total = 3 stars”

“5star experience even during dinner rush..was 8th car in line, was thru the line in under 10 minutes..so just a little over 2 min service per car which that in itself was amazing!! Food was very fresh and hot and just yummy!!! Order taker was very pleasant and you could hear the smile in her voice as she took or and again when handing it out!!! Will be visiting again!!!!”

“Your average Chinese takeout fare. My experience has been the quality of food has gone down over the last few years. Egg rolls have been greasy on most occasions (whether you order in person or call in). Recommend go with chicken or shrimp items as the beef on the last few occasions has been fatty and a chewy. Just remember to ask if you want Soy, Mustard, or Duck Sauce they don't automatically drop some in. The orange chicken is always good. Shrimp friend rice is good. White rice tends to be very gooey. We go since it is the closest. If you are hungry it will fill you up, but not necessarily bragging about how good it was. Probably start to venture a bit further see if any others in town have better quality.”

“I so wanted to give these guys 5 stars after reading their ambitious & exciting menu options! Alas, my 3 star rating is based on the taste & quality of the food I was so excited to try. ? While the prices were reasonable (based on ingredients used for dishes), service was great, ingredients good, and flavor potential tremendous it was a disappointing visit. Somehow both my fiance and my entire course were simultaneously bland and extremely salty (we both had the nachos for an app & the fried seafood platter as our entrees. ) Really wish this woulda been a new favorite!”

“Thai Orchid has been one of my favorite restaurants in Slidell for over 15 years. The food is exceptionally delicious and consistent! The ambiance is quiet and elegant! The service is always great! Everything I have tried has been good. Best Pad Thai you will have anywhere you go! I tried the curry noodle last night and it was great! The sticky rice with coconut milk and mango dessert is also the best anywhere! My wife and I just love this place and it’s always a treat for us to eat here! Although last night had to be takeout, it was still very delicious! Thank you so much!”

“Visited this restaurant for the first time this evening while enjoying a mini staycation... the food was EXCEPTIONAL!!!! Not only that but it was reasonably priced. Loved the atmosphere of this locally owned place and even got to speak with the owner who made some off menu suggestions which we thoroughly enjoyed. We finished our meal with two of their homemade desserts, peanut butter pie and white chocolate bread pudding... delicious!! We will definitely be back!”
